• Contact form / Pilot form: details you provide so we can reply, assess fit, and schedule work by email.
• Analytics (optional): We may use Plausible Analytics (EU-hosted, cookieless) to understand traffic at an aggregate level.

Lawful basis

Legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and running the pilot).

How long we keep data

Enquiries: 12 months. Pilot applicants: up to 24 months. We delete earlier on request.

Sharing

We don’t sell your data. Form submissions are processed by Netlify to deliver them to us. If we use Plausible, anonymous usage data is processed by Plausible Insights OÜ.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or objection. Email hello@logisfix.co.uk.

Data location & security

We use reputable providers (e.g., Netlify). We apply access controls and delete data when no longer needed.
