Fulfilment Flow Review – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Fulfilment Flow Review Service ("the Service") provided by LogisFix. By booking, purchasing, or engaging with the Service, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Service Description

The Fulfilment Flow Review is an advisory-only analysis based on information supplied by the Client. The Service may include a review of fulfilment processes, identification of inefficiencies, high-level recommendations, and a written report or summary. The Service does not include implementation, project management, operational changes, or any form of hands-on consultancy.

2. Advisory-Only Nature

All recommendations, insights, and findings provided by LogisFix are informational and non-binding. Decisions regarding whether, when, or how to implement any advice are solely the responsibility of the Client. LogisFix does not assume any duty beyond the provision of advisory input.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for independently assessing the suitability, accuracy, and impact of any recommendations before taking action. The Client is also responsible for ensuring that all information provided to LogisFix is accurate, complete, and up to date.

4. No Guarantees or Warranties

LogisFix does not guarantee any specific results, performance improvements, cost savings, operational efficiency gains, or business outcomes arising from the Service. All advice is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Delivery of Work

Deliverables are typically supplied electronically. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary. No refunds are offered once analysis work has started. If the Client cancels before work begins, LogisFix may retain up to 50% of the fee as an administrative charge.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

6.1 Liability Cap
LogisFix’s total aggregate liability for the Service is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement, or £250, whichever is lower.

6.2 Excluded Losses
LogisFix shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, business, data, opportunity, goodwill, or operational impact.

6.3 Implementation Liability Waiver
LogisFix accepts no liability arising from the implementation, non-implementation, modification, or misinterpretation of any recommendations. The Client remains entirely responsible for all decisions and actions taken.

7. Accuracy of Client Information

The Client acknowledges that outputs of the Service depend on the accuracy and completeness of information provided. LogisFix is not responsible for errors, omissions, or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete inputs.

8. Intellectual Property

All reports, documents, and materials created by LogisFix remain its intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, the Client is granted a non-transferable licence for internal use only.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding non-public information shared during the Service. LogisFix may anonymise learnings to refine and improve its internal processes.

10. Payment & Cancellations

Payment must be made in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed. No refunds are available once analysis has started. If work has not yet begun, LogisFix may retain up to 50% of the fee.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
